Insurance Consultation
For clients on workers compensation or CTP insurance. Please ensure you provide your insurance case number and case manager contact details on your initial assessment.
This appointment type includes assessment, treatment and exercise prescription where necessary. Treatment modalities can be requested but are used at the discretion of the Physiotherapist.
What can be treated
- Musculoskeletal, cardio-respiratory and neurological rehabilitation with the aim of facilitating return to work or rehabilitation following a motor vehicle accident.
What to bring
- Current certificate of capacity, insurance contact including claim number and case manager details. Previous medical reports, imaging reports and doctors letters which may help your assessment.
- Appropriate clothing, keep in mind your physiotherapist will need exposure of the area you want treated. Your privacy matters and making you feel comfortable is our top priority,
Session Time
- Initial consults are 45 minutes. Please allow 1 hour and arrive 15 minutes early to fill out necessary documentation.
- Subsequent consults are 30 minutes unless specified otherwise.
